All expenses involved in preparing and presenting the papers are the responsibility of the authors and co-authors, including camera-ready manuscripts and illustration fees. All authors and session chairs are required to pay registration fees and all associated travel expenses.

The conference will provide Kodak Carousel 35-mm slide projectors and overhead projectors. Special arrangements must be made for other needs.
