Virgin Islands Fishes, a book currently being written by USGS coral reef ecologist Ginger Garrison and William Smith-Vaniz, is a synthesis of scientific information about the biogeography and diversity of fishes of the Virgin Islands. The book will include descriptions and color photographs of many of the 500 fish species known from the Virgin Islands.
"The Habitats Exploited and the Species Trapped in a Caribbean Island Trap Fishery" is an article written by Ginger Garrison and published in the journal Environmental Biology of Fishes. You can download and view the article (for a fee) from the DocuRights Web site.
